How We Work
If cash availability is a problem for you, we’ve got the solution. We’re self funded against the savings that we deliver meaning that you don’t have to pay anything up front. Instead, our fees are taken from the savings we secure and the revenue streams we implement for you.

Our Services
We provide two types of services:
Our Operating Expense Review (OPEX) service consists in reducing operating costs by delivering savings against identified spends through supplier benchmarking and tendering. OPEX reviews deliver savings in the range of 10-30% against targeted spend.
We also support Capital Investment projects and provide a full end-to-end sourcing solution from the tendering process right through to contract negotiations and delivery of the solution.
